I offer one to one sessions, small group training and outdoor bootcamps to suit everyone’s needs and personalities.
One to one training
During one hour sessions, we will train together to reach your goals – if you don’t have specific ones, we can work together to set them.
Price: £450 for 10 sessions.
Small group training
You will be put in a group of maximum three with people of similar goals (which can be discussed during consultation). These sessions last 75 minutes, during which we will start by warming up and mobility drills, strength training, and finish with cool down and stretching.
Price: £250 for 10 sessions
